The OSCAAR Super Late Models visited Sunset Speedway Saturday night. Rob Clarke won the 50 lap feature, followed by Jeff Hanley, John Fletcher, Drew Spicer, TJ Woolsey, Ken Heyward, Ed Bowlby, Michel Beyore, Gary Passer, John Bickle, Rob Bickle, Tony Calitri, Roy Passer, John Owen, Lloyd Ritchie, Bart Miceli and Al Thomson.

I took about 1000 pictures over the evening, and divided them into 3 pages of photos.

For those who never got a chance to see him race, Tom Milligan was one of the top Super Late Model drivers in Southern Ontario. As an example, he holds the distinction of having won the last feature race at Pinecrest Speedway. He also took the season's points championship at Pinecrest, won numerous times at Sunset and other tracks, and won a number of features while competing weekly with both Don Biederman and JR Hanley, amongst many others. Here are some shots of Tom's daughter Tammy Milligan and her #22 thundercar, which strongly resembles one of the Chevelles that Tom drove a number of years ago. Unfortunately it was destroyed (she was ok) after the throttle stuck going down the front straight. The crunched front bumper actually did laps at Pinecrest on one of Tom's cars. Hope to see them back soon.

Here is a sequence of shots of Tom and current Super Late Model ace John Fletcher Jr.
